In today's society, men often feel confined to one of two extreme stereotypes - either labeled as overly aggressive or dismissed as passive. But where does this leave us? 

Many of us have distanced ourselves from our capacity for strength and assertiveness due to associations with violence and aggression. However, this power still exists within us, manifesting in unhealthy ways such as manipulation, resentment, shame, disengagement, and self-hatred. 

During our experience, we'll delve into the art of conscious combat, engaging in sparring and various drills aimed at fostering deeper connections and conquering the internal barriers that hinder us from remaining fully present during moments of conflict. Within the supportive framework of brotherhood, we will learn to stay embodied during confrontation, transcending our limitations and the narratives that keep us stuck and disconnected from ourselves and those we love. 

In the second leg of our day-long journey, we will venture inwards through a breathwork ceremony to connect with the fierce love we all possess at our core. Accessing our own innate wisdom through this ancient practice allows for the opportunity to embody our potential for love and healing, fully activating as heart warriors! 

From processing grief to experiencing joy and laughter, this journey invites us to explore our edges and manifest healing for ourselves and the world around us. Join us and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

We are calling men who:

• Have fears that are holding them back, stifling their ability to fully activate their potential and live with intention.
• Desire to embrace vulnerability as strength and be accepted by their brothers, countering the narrative that vulnerability is weakness. 
• Are playing it safe in their decisions, staying in their comfort zone and thus holding themselves back from realizing their full potential.
• Desire to activate and defend not just themselves but those they love, their truths, and their deepest values from a place of integrity and strength.
• Battle with feelings of inadequacy, confronting internal narratives that constantly undermine their confidence with doubts of "I am not good enough."
• Face a fear of confrontation, oscillating between avoidance and aggression, and seek a transformative way to remain firm, centered, and compassionate when challenged.
• Desire to move away from harmful stereotypes and embrace a more authentic, noble expression of manhood that upholds protection and leadership as an act of fierce love and deep-seated duty.
• Desire a safe vehicle to learn to regulate and transform their anger and respond to confrontation and challenges more mindfully.
