Meet our Team

Enoch Nadler-Facilitator
I am Enoch Nadler, a man who lives his life with passion and focus. I grew up on the land and in the sacred waters of north Florida. After competing in division one track and field and graduating with my business degree at UF, I lived around the US and abroad playing online poker. In 2015, my wife and I felt the call to move home and put down roots. I left a lucrative career in poker and began building a run coaching business and pursuing excellence in the marathon, which led me to the Olympic Marathon trials in 2020. During the pandemic, I slowed down enough to look closely at my life and began the work of becoming a man through men’s work and self-exploration. In my quest to more fully embrace my gifts, I am currently working towards a master's degree to become a psychotherapist, aiming to synergize this with my roles as a coach, yoga instructor, certified breathwork instructor, and community leader. As I spread my wings in my life’s journey, I am called to support men with fierce love and connection in brotherhood. I am a dedicated husband to my incredible wife, Angela, and a servant to the energy that sustains life.

Apolo Zamparelli-Facilitator
I am Apolo Javier Zamparelli Perez, a man dedicated to walking his soul’s path with highest integrity. My purpose is to guide and empower men along their distinctive paths. As I pursue my graduate studies to become a psychotherapist, I bring a wealth of experience as a seasoned bodyworker, yoga instructor, and lifelong practitioner of various physical disciplines. My true calling lies in igniting the flames of fierce love within ourselves and others— may we, as warriors of the heart, confront our inner barriers that have left us weak, isolated, and adrift, as we ultimately forge a stronger, interconnected community throughout the world in this lifetime.
I am a husband to Ember, father to our daughter Runa, and dog dad to our two small dogs, Noni and Señor Buga.

Rob White-Facilitator
I grew up in Massachusetts by the forest and have always found a sense of home when I return to nature. Outdoors is where I find my connection with the sacred. Through meditation and physical challenges, I explore the limits I’ve constructed in my life to search where this sacred resides. I find this difficult to do alone but in community, the group grounds the effort and elevates the energy. I’m growing a community that honors the sacred by walking together in honesty and support. I’ve spent years in universities teaching about the social structures that surround us and shape our opportunities in life. I build a community around me which strives to travel free of these limits, united in our commitment to reveal our power and grow one another. Gainesville is my home now. After living in the Midwest and both coasts, I settled here with my wife to grow our roots and find our way raising three children.

Jeremy Archer-Facilitator
I have 30 years of experience as a small group facilitator and experiential educator for men’s groups, children and teenagers, convicted felons, college students, the elderly, and athletes. I am also a medical doctor, consultant, and teacher whose singular passion is to help people achieve meaningful change through fellowship, self-examination, and action. Although my current focus is men’s work, I spent many years as an outdoor educator and continue to feel a strong connection with the value of natural spaces as catalysts of growth. Other interests are mindfulness, movement, and lifestyle integration, all of which come to bear strongly on my own movement through manhood and my ability to help others on that journey. I am originally from Gainesville, and happy to live in this wonderful community with my wife and three teenage children.

John Flanagan-Man of Peace
I am John Flanagan. In the summer of 2013 my life was reorganized around significant challenges that awoke me to the spiritual path and started me on the conscious journey toward inner freedom. Since then I have been on the Hero’s Journey, building my life on pillars of spiritual practice that include singing for my soul, meditation for my spirit, yoga & weightlifting for my body, and language study for my mind. I have a Ph.D. in Hispanic Sociolinguistics and serve undergraduates at the University of Florida in moving toward Spanish/English bilingualism. As I move into the newest chapter of my story, I will answer the call to serve men who are activating the fires of energy within themselves - that I may be blessed by the brotherhood, and connection to the Divine.
