Brotherhood 48-Hour Fast

This experience invites men to delve deep as we challenge ourselves and each other to complete a 48-hour fast. This practice is ingrained in our being, passed down from our ancestors who regularly fasted out of necessity. Fasting provides numerous benefits: it rejuvenates our bodies, clears our minds, and enriches our spirits. It's an opportunity to reconsider your relationship with eating and experience the growth that comes with big personal challenges. And the best part? You won't be doing it alone. Throughout the journey, you'll have the support of your brothers. And for those who make it to the end, we will celebrate together with a shared meal, breaking our fast and reflecting on the journey.

What's Included:

• Preparation and Guidance:

  Men will receive detailed information on how to fast safely and effectively through a dedicated WhatsApp group.

• Ongoing Support:

  We'll support each other in this group throughout the fast.

• Fasting Schedule:

  The fast begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday and culminates at 6:30 pm on Friday with a specially prepared meal as we break the fast together. 

• Thursday Night Zoom Call:

  Facilitators will host an optional Zoom video call

  (7–8 pm)

  to celebrate the halfway point of our fast and share support and motivation as we journey deeper into our shared experience. 

• Meal 🥘 :

  The shared meal will be from 6:00–10:00 pm on Friday. *Meal included with the price of ticket.

NOTE: Participants must complete the fast in order to attend the meal. Refunds cannot be issued if participants do not attend the meal.
