In our time together, we will embark on a breathwork ceremony that guides us deep within, tapping into the profound wisdom that resides at our core. In a society that often pressures us to be "good" rather than whole, we may find ourselves rejecting essential parts of who we are. Through the ancient practice of breathwork, we have the opportunity to reconnect with our true nature, unlocking our potential for healing and growth as the men we are called to become. Whether discovering our gifts or releasing outdated stories, this journey offers a safe space to process a range of emotions—from grief to anger, joy, and laughter—inviting us to explore our boundaries and catalyze healing for ourselves and the world around us. In the supportive container of brotherhood, we will journey together.
It is recommended to come in on a light stomach and avoid eating anything heavy close to the start time.
Nourishing beverages will be served during integration following the breathwork.
